We reserve the right to update the Website and these Terms of Service from time to time, at our discretion. We will make sure to announce any major change. All information is public and available on Foxiboxi website. Your continued use of the Website means that you accept and agree to the changes.

We do not guarantee that the Website or any content provided on the Website is error free. We can’t guarantee that the Website will be up and running 24/7. We also reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to some features to users. In any case, we will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period, nor for any data loss.

- Whilst customer using the website we may ask you to provide personally identifiable information (“ Personal data”) which include the email address, first and last name, phone number, delivery address and usage data. Foxiboxi uses the date for delivering product and services to the client.

7. The quality of food establishment are supervised by national authorities.
The money returns happen according to our return policy
In the case of cancellations notified fourteen (14) days or more, the full amount paid for the order is refunded.
In the case of cancellations notified between (6) and (14) days’ notice, half of the amount paid is refunded.
In the case of cancellation notified five (5) days or less notice, the full amount paid for the order is paid.
As per payment provider requirement we must mention that there is no 2 years warranty for the product, because of the nature of the product.
